  •       What is the Mad Lane Tour ?

The Mad Lane Tour was set up during the restart / restart of the brand. We make ephemeral sales throughout France during a given period.

 

  •       Can we exchange an item in the website ?

It is not possible to make an exchange in the website. All return will be subjected to a refund.

 

  •       How to return one or several items ?

 For each order we put in your parcel all the process to return your item.

You will find below the procedure to create a return form :
- Connect you to MY ACCOUNT
- Click on ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS
- Then click on your order, on the right on DETAILS
- Go down on the page and select the item you want return by indicating below the reason of return
- Click on CREATE A RETURN FORM
- You will receive a mail of confirmation
- Then go back to MY ACCOUNT
- Click on MY MERCHANDISE RETURN
- Print your RETURN FORM to put in your parcel
- Send it to the address mentioned on the return form.

 

  •       Do you deliver only in France ?

We deliver all over France and all over the world free of charge in standard delivery.

 

  •       Where can we find your shops ?

We made the choice to no longer have any shop but to come back with a new concept and a new method of distribution in the form of a GIRBAUD TOUR with ephemeral sales throughout France and some other countries.

 

  •       How to be informed about your upcoming MadLane Tour sales ?

  •       Can we return an item bought in a Pop Up Store ?

You cannot return an item if you bought it in our Pop Up Store. We take in charge only return for items bought in the e-shop.

 

  •       What is the repayment term ?

The refund period is 14 working days maximum.

  •       Do you offer fast delivery ?

Yes we offer the express delivery fee in 24 hours for France : 25€

Other countries 48H/72H : 30€
