These high rise pants are gathered at the waist, creating volume in the leg and room for extra deep front pockets. Holster-style braces can be worn up or down, as can the “basque” waistband, changing the visual proportions, the look and the attitude of the wearer.
With a nod to our historic “Pépère” pants (1976), forerunner to the “Paper Bag” at Bloomingdales (becoming the famous “Baggy”), there is something familiar about these new dungaree pants with their belt-clasp that had to be sourced from a leather goods supplier. This 2019 “luxury” version can be worn over or under other pieces in the collection to create “combinations”.
With the use of Straight Stretch® Grisaglia fabrics, it’s once again possible to "sculpt" garments. These fuselage-shaped dungaree pants make full use of the particular vertical stretch properties of the fabric to create this innovative new fit.

NEW - LUSTRE LASER FINISH
With wear, or an iron that accidentally shines the seams, garments gradually acquire a worn look.
After much research, we have finally developed a way to recreate these beautiful, lustrous marks.
