What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or cancel it at this time. To cancel a placed and confirmed order, please contact us

Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Free delivery for orders over 200€ / 200$ worldwide
Delivery 15€ for any order below 200 euros of purchases.
Delivery 20€ for all orders below 200 euros of purchases outside mainland France.
Delivery 25€ for all orders below 200 euros of purchases outside European countries.
What shipping providers do you use?
We use UPS. In Europe, your order may take 2-3 days to arrive from the
day you receive your shipping confirmation. Ground shipping for U.S.
orders may take up to 5-9 business days to arrive from the day you
receive your shipping confirmation.
My package was lost, stolen, or damaged
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Just let us know — we’re happy to help!

What's the return policy
We offer a full refund or exchange for another size if the item you do not wish to keep is returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will auto-generate along with the return label).
Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip.
Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase).
I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return.
We will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

Payment
Do I have to pay taxes and/or customs charges?
Taxes are included in the price of the item.
For most countries, the carrier will not require a duty fee for delivery.
If you wish to return your order, taxes will be automatically refunded at the same time as your order.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Was my order successful?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your basket.
Haven't received the summary within an hour? Be sure to check your spam, as our email can sometimes slip through.
Otherwise, contact us and we'll check your order status.
