Refund policy

RETURNS

All items purchased on the Marithé + François Girbaud website may be returned within 14 business days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please complete the form available at the bottom of the page or click the following link (Initiate a Return). Once your request has been submitted, our Customer Service team will review it and send you a return authorization by email within 10 business days. This authorization is required in order for your return to be processed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and documents provided. We recommend carefully packaging the items to ensure they are protected during transport. If these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive all necessary instructions by email. Return shipping costs are covered for all orders.

Upon receipt of your parcel, the items will be inspected. If everything is compliant, the refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method used for the purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once the process has been completed.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, this can be done free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Simply complete the dedicated form, specifying the desired size or color. The new item will be reserved and shipped to the original delivery address once the returned product has been received and approved.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the information needed to track your parcel.

Each item may only be exchanged once. If necessary, it is still possible to request a return afterwards following the standard return procedure.


REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 business days following receipt and approval of your return.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Banking processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider used.

For credit card payments, the amount will be credited directly to the associated account. For payments made via digital wallets or other online payment solutions, funds will be returned according to the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider.

If you have received a refund confirmation but do not yet see the funds in your account, we recommend contacting your bank.
