How do I create my account?

To create your account on the Marithé+François Girbaud website, enter your email address, which will serve as your username, as well as the required information in the appropriate fields. Once your registration is complete and your account is validated, you will have access to all the site's features and will be able to track your orders.

How do I change my account?

To update your personal information, access your account via the "Account" tab, enter your username and the code sent to your email address. Then go to the dedicated section to modify your contact details, contact preferences, and delivery information.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

To subscribe to our newsletter, enter your email address in the dedicated section at the bottom of the page. You will be the first to receive news from Marithé+François Girbaud.

ORDER

How to place an order online?

To place an order on the Marithé+François Girbaud website, browse the site via the menu and access the products offered in the different categories. To buy an item, select the desired size and click on "Add to cart". Once your products have been added to the cart, you can check its contents and then click on the "Proceed to payment" button.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it. However, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please contact our Customer Service at the following address: customerservice@regenattitude.com

How can I check the status of my order?

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive a summary email with your order number and a link to track its status. You will be notified when your package has been shipped, along with the tracking number.

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact our Customer Service department, specifying your order number and, if possible, attaching a photo of the item. We will guide you through the procedure to resolve the issue quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as app payments: PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay

Is payment secure?

All transactions on the Marithé+François Girbaud website are secured via our payment partner, guaranteeing confidentiality and protection of your banking information.

Do I have to pay taxes or customs fees?

Taxes are included in the price shown. Depending on the country, the carrier will usually not charge customs fees. In the event of a return, taxes will be automatically refunded with your order.

Can I use a different payment method for a refund?

Refunds are processed only to the payment method used for the original order.

What are the delivery options?

Free delivery for all orders over €200

Standard delivery for all orders under €200:

Which carriers do you use?

We collaborate with Colissimo, UPS and offer several delivery options, including express and standard delivery. Fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated and displayed before your order is confirmed. The average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days for mainland France, 3 to 5 working days for the EU and Europe, and 3 to 7 working days for international.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged; what should I do?

A claim with the carrier is necessary to process the request. Please contact our Customer Service with your order number and claim number. We will work together to find the most suitable solution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 14 business days of receipt of the order for exchange or refund. Items must be sent in their original packaging with all accessories and documents provided

How long does it take to receive a refund?
