Shipping
All orders placed on the Marithé+François Girbaud website are prepared from our logistics platform, subject to available stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its progress. Tracking is also available in the "Orders" section of your "Account".
Deliveries are handled by Colissimo and UPS. All shipments are processed
automatically, and it is unfortunately not possible to speed up or delay an order once it has been validated.
International Orders
International shipments are subject to fixed shipping fees. Depending on the regulations of the destination country, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These additional fees are covered.
To ensure smooth delivery, additional information may be requested by the carrier. These requests can be made by email, phone, or SMS. If this data is not transmitted within the required timeframe, the package will be returned to our logistics platform.
Restrictions
If an order is addressed to an unserved destination, it will be automatically cancelled. The customer will be informed as soon as possible by email or in the "Account" area. No fees will be charged for the affected orders, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
